Pay securely on the website. The price you see is the price you pay(GST included), no shipping fees, no surprises at checkout. Your confirmation email has everything you need: the pickup address, hours, and your order number.

Pickup & delivery
We don't ship and that's on purpose. No shipping fees hidden in prices, no freight damage, no waiting a fortnight for a courier window. Instead, your item is held for you at the partner store shown on its listing, and you have two ways to bring it home:
Pick it up for free
Head to the address in your confirmation email during pickup hours with your order number. You're welcome to look your item over before you load it, bring straps or blankets, and a second pair of hands for the big stuff. We'll hold your item for 7 days after payment.
Send a courier
Can't get there? We recommend Yellow Express Sydney's man-with-a-van since 1926. Book in their app with code 2NDLIFE10 and get $20 off your first booking; the app quotes your cost upfront before you commit. It's a one-person service, so they'll need a hand at each end with big pieces stair-heavy or multi-item jobs that may suit a two-person removalist instead. Any other courier or man-with-a-van works too. Whoever you send just needs your name and order number and once your item leaves the store, it's in your courier's care.
Buying more than one item? They may be at different pickup spots — your cart and confirmation email will show each location clearly, and a courier can do a multi-stop run.

Every flaw is named and photographed. If a wardrobe has a scratch, you'll see the scratch before you buy it. If an item ever isn't listed when you collect it, we'll refund you on the spot no forms, no fuss.

One price on the listing, GST included, never padded with hidden shipping. That's the same way we run our clearance service, and it's not negotiable.
